March 7 - 9
On our way to Stuart on the ICW we found ourselves in the midst of Jupiter with another cluster of mansions that were unbelievable. Pulling into Manatee Pocket at Stuart we touched bottom. We were in the channel, right between the green and red when we stirred up the mud. However, we looked on the charts and they refer to it as "Rocky Point". Ken has scheduled to have some work done on Loop Dreams while we are here. She needs an oil change and the anchor windlass is acting up. Overall, we have been pleased with the few maintenance items that have arisen so far. Pulling into the bay we ran into Rita and John on Brandy IV. Called them to join us for dinner at Finz, a waterfront restaurant. We had a fantastic time and shared many laughs and stories. Rita brought over some banana mango bread which was a delicious breakfast treat the next morning.
