We took the scooters into town and quickly discovered why this is considered a great vacation destination. That weekend we happened to luck into the Art Fair at the Annmarie Garden Sculpture Park and the cigarette boat race. We had a full day attending both and enjoying the beautiful weather. Thousands of spectators poured into town for these events. Sunday afternoon we rode the scooters to Ruddy Ducks, a sports bar, and watched the Dallas Cowboys lose.
Hundreds of vendors were at the Annmarie Garden Sculpture Park Art Fair. |
And they're off!!! We watched the races from the river walk. |
