Fenway Park has served as the home ballpark of the Boston Red Sox baseball team since it opened in 1912 and is the oldest major League Baseball stadium in use It has hosted 11 World Series, from the 1912 World Series to the most recent in the 2007 World series.
Ken was excited about attending a game at Fenway Park ball field and watching the Texas Rangers. It was not a good night for the Rangers, the Red Sox beat us pretty bad. We enjoyed touring the field and marveled at all the important players who once graced this park. That night we watched a Red Sox hit a home run over the Green Monster which stands 37 feet 2 inches high overlooking left field.
