July 7, Sunday drive

We went to West Port to church and enjoyed driving around this cute city located on the Rideau Lake.  Our destination was Boldt Castle in New York.  Once we go onto the highway to go through customs there was a huge traffic jam.  At first we thought there was a wreck, but learned that it was Americans traveling back to the states after the 4^th of July weekend.  After traveling about 1/8 of a mile in 1 1/2 hours, we turned around and went back to Smiths Falls.  We were both disappointed. 

I got back to the boat and started to defrost the refrigerator.  We needed to make one more run to Wal Mart and stock up since it will be awhile before we have a car again.
